It's Time to Bring Accessibility Center Stage in Business Travel

For years, the business travel industry has looked for guidance to bring more accessibility into travel programs. How do we communicate with travelers who disclose a need? How do we request that information in a confidential way? How can the business travel industry collaborate on making the landscape more accessible for ALL travelers?
